We understand that it can be confusing when shopping around for hair removal and skin treatments, there are so many companies to choose from!
You may want to know why prices, treatments, and technologies differ from one clinic to another, or which types of machinery will remove white hair as well as dark hair.

Unlike other laser or IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), elos can treat clients with all hair colours and skin types, who may have been previously turned away due to their hair or skin colour. By choosing elos, there is also less risk and after effects, for example, reduced redness and inflammation. Because elos poses the least risk to dark skin, compared to other technologies, there is no reason that elos can not remove hair on both dark & light skin colours.

Our clinic is open for treatments from Tuesday through to Saturday, bookings are essential.

Our Policies

Appointment cancellation/re-schedule: We understand at times you may need to change your appointment day or time. We kindly ask that you give 48 hours notice so that another client may book that time. If we do not receive any or sufficient notice, you may forfiet your appointment holding fee.

Appointment Confirmation: We will ask for two contact phone numbers so we can confirm your appointment 1 or 2 days prior. If we are unable to reach you, we will leave a message and ask that you respond. If you do not respond, we may not be able to guarantee your booking.

Running Late: If you are running late we will do our best to accommodate you. However to avoid inconveniencing our other clients, we may not be able to guarantee your full treatment time.
